Must end 24th September – do not miss out. No Tuesday or Wednesday performances throughout August. 

Tuesday – Sunday evening: Experience is open from 6pm with the performance starting at 7:30pm sharp and finishing at 10:30pm.

Saturday lunch: Experience is open from 12pm with the performance at 1pm sharp and finishing at 4pm.

What time should I arrive?
We recommend getting to the venue early to truly take in your surroundings, get settled in your seat and order some drinks before the fun begins.

How do I purchase tickets?
You can purchase tickets online via our website or you can call our friendly Box Office team on 0207 129 7365 who will be happy to arrange payment over the phone.

How will I get my tickets?
Once purchased, you will receive your tickets via email to the email address you entered during the booking process. You will need to show this email to our door staff upon arrival.

Can I sit with people I know that have also booked tickets?
We do try to accommodate large groups to be seated together when possible if we’re told in advance via our Box Office.
All tables are allocated before guest arrival and cannot be changed on the performance date.

Can I return my tickets?
Unfortunately, once booked, tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. However, if you can give us 48hrs notice or greater, we can offer you a new date (subject to availability) for you to visit. 

VIP Luxe, from £245pp
What’s included? An exclusive table in the heart of the action, 3-course Manhattan Island Feast, complimentary bottle of Champagne, canapés and coat check. You’ll have a fast-tracked check-in and a dedicated server throughout your evening. 

Seating arrangements: Exclusive tables of two or more in the heart of the club, closest to the action.

VIP Couples Cabaret, from £175pp
What’s included? Reserved best in-house seating, 3-course Manhattan Island Feast, welcome glass of Champagne and complimentary coat check.

Seating arrangements: Raised luxury booths of two around the heart of the action

Additional information: Must be purchased in sets of 2 tickets.

Premium Dining, from £140pp
What’s included? Reserved seating at our club tables of 4 or 8 and 3-course Manhattan Island Feast.

Seating arrangements: You’ll be in the heart of the action on the club floor. 58th Street is a sociable place so you may find yourself sharing a table with other guests depending on the size of your party.

Additional information: Whilst you may be required to share a table, food will only be shared with your party. We will try to accommodate large groups to be sat together.

Rail Dining, from £115pp
What’s included? Reserved bar rail seating and 3-course Manhattan Island Feast.

Seating arrangements: Raised bar-style seating overlooking the club floor.

Additional information: The seats are high bar stools.

Club Cabaret, from £69.50pp
Limited to Tuesday and Wednesday performances.

What’s included? Reserved seating at our club tables of 4 or 8 in the heart of the action. Food can be purchased separately from our a la carte menu.

Seating arrangements: You’ll be in the heart of the action on the club floor. 58th Street is a sociable place so you may find yourself sharing a table with other guests depending on the size of your party.

Additional information: Whilst you may be required to share a table, food will only be shared with your party. We will try to accommodate large groups to be sat together.

All dining tickets include our 3-course set menu, Manhattan Island feast, and the canapé menu (only available with our VIP Luxe package). The menu includes meat, shellfish and nuts. Whilst we can cater for dietary/allergen requirements, we cannot cater to personal food preferences.

You must complete a dietary requirements form at least 48 hours before your visit if you have any dietary or allergen requirements, or require the vegetarian or vegan option. The form will be sent to you by email shortly after purchasing tickets and will be asked again to confirm any dietary or allergen requirements by Front of House staff on arrival.

We can accommodate pescatarian, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and most major allergies however there are limitations with severe allergies and some religious requirements.

As allergens are present in our kitchen, we cannot guarantee dishes are 100% allergen-free. We, therefore, advise guests with severe allergies to assess their own level of risk before consuming items from our menu.

We do not have any treatments for anaphylaxis in the venue therefore each guest is responsible for their own medicines or auto-injectors, if needed.

We don’t allow you to bring your own food or drinks to the show and will operate a bag search on entry.

What’s the menu on offer?
The menu and drinks list for the show is available here. The menu is set, and whilst we can cater for dietary and allergen requirements, we cannot cater to personal food preferences.

Are drinks included in my ticket?
No, drinks are not included in the ticket price, except on VIP Couples Cabaret and VIP Luxe tickets (which include one glass of champagne per guest or one bottle shared between two). Our in-house bar offers a fantastic menu of cocktails, wines, beers and non-alcoholic drinks. The bar is cashless.

Is there an age restriction?
Our venue is strictly 18+

Is the venue accessible?
The Greatest Night of the Jazz Age is an accessible event and we are committed to making everyone’s visit as enjoyable and easy as possible.The venue is wheelchair accessible and the entrance to the venue is straight off street level. We can provide a parking space for blue badge holders.

Please let our Box Office team (hello@thelostestate.com or 0207 129 7365) know if you have any access requirements and we’ll make sure you’re in a seat that’s comfortable for you.

Are there any sensory warnings I should be aware of?
Yes. The show contains flashing lights, theatrical fog and haze effects, loud and sudden sound effects, areas of low-level lighting, temporary blackouts, uneven floor levels and sudden changes in floor levels.

Where is the venue?
The Lost Estate, 9 Beaumont Ave, London, W14 9LP

What’s the closest public transport?
The venue is a 2-minute walk from West Kensington tube and a 10-minute walk from Earls Court tube.

Is there parking on-site?
No there isn’t, unless you have a valid blue badge. The nearest parking garage is at Just Park, 35 Mornington Ave, W14 8UJ, this is within a five-minute walking distance of The Lost Estate.

Is the venue ventilated?
Yes. Our venue is climate controlled and equipped with a mechanical air intake/extract ventilation system.

Will you have a security check upon arrival at the venue?
We have SIA security guards in operation at our venue throughout performances. Security checks on the entrance will be in operation for your safety, so please arrive in plenty of time.

Do you accept cash at the venue?
We operate a cashless payment system at our shows, and sadly we can’t accept cash payments.

Do you have lost property?
If you think you’ve left something behind at our venue, please email hello@thelostestate.com with the date and time plus a description of the item and our customer service team will help you.
